One Grand Gallery presents The Years, the latest series by local illustrator Jordan Domont. Using the Chinese zodiac as inspiration, Domont employs his signature technique of chance and patience in layering vibrant hues of translucent ink on Mylar to form striking portraits of each symbolic animal within the 12-year cycle. In palettes and gestures that suggest energy and celebration, the collection evokes a contemporary take on the ephemeral while remaining tied to process, technique and tradition.
